Unite Against Unlawful Enforcement

Join our self advocacy network to challenge injustice and fight for your rights.

Together, we’ll expose unlawful enforcement practices and seek accountability.

Our Mission

A legal advocacy and support network dedicated to uniting individuals affected by Marston Recovery enforcement actions.

Our primary focus is on coming together, sharing our stories, and organising a class action lawsuit against Marston Recovery (Holdings Limited) for legal and procedural violations.

We aim to expose unlawful enforcement practices, hold those responsible accountable, and empower victims to assert their rights under the law.

Legal Advocacy

We empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to challenge unlawful enforcement actions. By understanding bailiff regulations, communicating effectively with authorities, identifying procedural breaches, and negotiating with confidence, individuals can assert their rights, seek justice, and achieve fair outcomes

Community Support

Where victims can share experiences, access legal resources, and support one another in challenging unlawful enforcement actions. Through shared knowledge of bailiff regulations, effective communication strategies, problem-solving approaches, and negotiation tactics, we empower individuals to stand firm, assert their rights, and collectively push for justice and accountability.

Public Awareness Campaigns

We conduct campaigns to expose unlawful practices in debt enforcement, policing, and the court system, raising public awareness and advocating for systemic change. Through education, shared experiences, and legal action, we aim to hold those in power accountable and empower individuals to stand up for their rights

Class Action Lawsuit

We are organising a collective legal action against Marston Recovery to assert victims' rights and hold them accountable for unlawful enforcement practices. If you have been affected, join us to take a stand, share evidence, and demand justice. Together, we can challenge misconduct and push for real change
